农业资源与环境系及学科简介

石河子大学农业资源与环境系前身是成立于原石河子农学院土壤肥料学科, 2003年设置农业资源与环境本科专业,2006年获植物营养学二级学科硕士学位授权点;2010年获得农业资源与环境一级学科硕士学位点,涵盖土壤学和植物营养学两个二级学科。2011年设置作物营养学二级学科博士点。学科经过近20年的建设,形成了“本科-一级学科硕士点-二级学科博士点”较为系统的学科体系。本学科现有专职教师31人,其中教授6人,副教授(高级实验师)15人,讲师(实验师)10人。其中具有博士学位人数18人,具有海外经历人数10人,博士生导师4人,硕士生导师17人;有教育部新世纪优秀人才1人,兵团学术技术带头人2人,兵团英才2人。近年来,本学科点共承担各级科研项目55项,其中国家级自然基金17项,其余省部级38项。2011-2016年,科研经费达4737万元,导师人均279万元。出版专著和著作5部,发表论文388篇,其中四大检索系统收录30篇;核心期刊238篇。

本学科坚持“立足兵团、服务新疆、面向全国”的学科定位,立足兵团农业生产机械化、规模化、集约化的优势,围绕新疆兵团现代农业建设和生态环境保护的重大需求,开展绿洲农业资源利用与生态环境保护的理论和技术研究,具有鲜明的地域特色。学科立足国际农业、资源与环境科学研究的前沿,结合学科的特色和优势,发展形成了四个稳定的研究方向,分别为:土壤生物与养分调控、植物营养生理生态、新型肥料与现代施肥技术和土壤环境与生态安全。在滴灌农田土壤水-肥-盐互作机制与调控方面、石灰性土壤无机磷固定转化及滴灌条件下的高效利用与滴灌水稻缺铁黄化机理与调控方面、滴灌棉田水肥一体化技术与生物有机肥调控健康土壤微生物区系方面及在盐碱弃耕地生态恢复与重建方面具有特色和优势。

近年来,本学科以干旱区农业可持续发展中的资源高效利用、粮食安全和环境保护为主要服务方向,加强内涵建设,凝练学科方向,发挥特色和优势,努力将本学科建设成为绿洲农业资源高效利用理论与技术的研发和创新基地、新疆兵团农业资源利用与生态安全的人才培养基地、成果转化基地和学术交流中心;成为省内一流、区域领先、国内知名、国际有影响的农业资源与环境学科,为新疆和干旱区农业资源利用和生态环境保护提供人才保障和技术支撑。

General Information of Agricultural Resource and Environment Sciences

Department of Agricultural Resources and Environment of Shihezi University was established with a history tracing back to soil and fertilizer department of ShiheziAgriculturalCollege. It set up agricultural resources and environment undergraduate degree program in 2003, then acquired authorization of secondleveldiscipline to offer M.S degree of plant nutrition in 2006; In 2010, itacquired authorization of firstleveldiscipline to offer M.S degree of agricultural resources and environment, including two secondleveldisciplines-soil science and plant nutrition.In2011, it acquired authorization of secondleveldiscipline to offer ph.D. degree of plant nutrition.After nearly 20 years of construction, it has formed a systematic discipline system as "undergraduate - M.S degree of firstleveldiscipline - ph.D. degree of secondleveldiscipline". The number of faculty and staff at present is 31, including 6 professors, 15 associate professors (senior experimentalist), 4 Ph.D. supervisors, 17 M.S. supervisors, and 10 instructors (experimentalist). Among them there are 28 teachers have Ph.D. degree, 10 have overseas experience; 1 New Century Excellent Talent of the Education Ministry, 2 academic and technical leaders of the Corp, and 2 Corp Talents. In recent years, our department has got 55 research projects at various levels, including 17 grants from National Natural Science Foundation and 38 provincial grants. In 2011-2016, the total scientific research funds reached to 47.37 million yuan, 2.79 million yuan for each instructor. In addition, we have published 5 monographs and 388 academic papers, including 30 published in SCI and 238 in core journals.

Our discipline always insists to the position "basing on Production and Construction Corp, servicing in Xinjiang, facing the nation". We based on the advantage of mechanization, large scale, and intensified of agricultural production of Production and Construction Corps, according to the great demand of modern agriculture construction and ecological environment protection of Production and Construction Corps, carried out theory and technology research about agricultural resources utilization and ecological environment protection of oasis, which had distinct regional characteristic. Basing on the research forefront of international agriculture, resources and environment science, also combining with the characteristics and advantages of our department, four research directions are established, including soil organisms and nutrient regulation, plant nutrition physiological ecology, new type of fertilizer and modern fertilization technology, and soil environment and ecology security.Our characteristics and advantages are focusing on the interaction mechanism and regulation of water - nutrient - salt under drip irrigation, the fixation, transformation, and efficient use of inorganic phosphorus in calcareous soil under drip irrigation, and the mechanism and regulation of yellowing of drip irrigation rice resulting from iron deficiency, the application of fertigation technology on cotton, the regulation and control of biological organic fertilizer on healthy soil microflora, and ecological recovery and reconstruction of saline land.

In recent years, we subject to the efficient utilization of resources, food security and environment protection of the sustainable agricultural development of arid areas, strengthening connotation construction, condensing discipline direction, developing characteristics and advantages, and endeavoring to construct our discipline into the theory and technology research, development, and innovation base of efficient use of oasis agriculture resources, the personnel training base, achievements transformation base, and academic exchanges center of agricultural resources utilization and ecology security of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps; make our discipline first-class in the province, lead in the region, well-known in the domestic, and influential in the world, provide talent guarantee and technical support for agricultural resources utilization and ecological environment protection of Xinjiang and arid areas.
