植物保护系及学科简介
植物保护是石河子大学历史最为悠久的专业之一,自1960年开始招收第一届植物保护本科生,迄今为止已为国家培养本科学生近40届,1000多人。1982年本学科所属植物病理学科开始挂靠在原北京农业大学招收第一批硕士研究生,1991年植物病理学学科正式取得二级硕士学位授权;2006年植物保护学科获得一级学科硕士学位授权,涵盖植物病理学、农业昆虫与害虫防治和农药学三个二级学科;2011年获批园艺植物有害生物防治目录外二级学科博士点,目前已形成了本科-硕士-博士研究生的完整的人才培养体系。2005、2011(植物病理学)和2016年本学科连续3次被遴选为新疆维吾尔自治区重点学科;2009年入选石河子大学“211”重点学科建设学科,2012年进入大学“中西部高校综合实力提升工程”重点建设学科,学科总体实力进一步增强。
本学科现有专职教师30人,其中教授8人,副教授(高级实验师)16人,讲师(实验师)6人;21人拥有博士学位,5人具有海外经历;博士生导师3人,硕士生导师22人;国务院政府特殊津贴专家1人,兵团学术技术带头人2人,兵团英才2人;有新疆维吾尔自治区植保咨询专家5人,新疆生产建设兵团植保咨询专家4人,新疆生产建设兵团科技创新团队1个;学科拥有新疆维吾尔自治区高校重点实验室和石河子大学重点实验室各1个。近年来,本学科点共承担各级科研项目57项,其中国家科技支撑计划课题2项、国家自然科学基金21项、973前期预研专项1项、农业部国家转基因重大专项1项、国际交流与合作项目1项以及省部级科研项目十余项,科研经费2200余万元。出版专著和著作14部,发表论文303篇,其中四大检索系统收录35篇;相关研究成果在新疆及兵团推广应用近千万亩,为技术推广单位创收近10亿元。
本学科长期面向干旱绿洲农林有害生物防治的学科前沿和国家需求,坚持“立足兵团、服务新疆、面向全国、辐射中亚”的办学定位,以绿洲农林有害生物危害、分布、发生规律及防治技术研究为核心,开展有害生物生境分布、种群演化、诊断鉴定、流行监测和绿色防控理论/技术研究,揭示有害生物与绿洲农作物互作关系,建立和完善我国绿洲农林有害生物防治理论和技术体系。经过多年建设,已形成了三个稳定的学科方向,分别为:干旱绿洲区农林植物病害及其安全防控、昆虫生态及绿洲农林害虫安全防控和新疆植保资源开发及农药安全应用。在干旱绿洲区农林植物病原物的种群演化机制、发生规律、监测预警方法以及综合防治技术方面、昆虫生态及绿洲农林害虫(包括入侵害虫)的发生规律、成灾机制以及特殊灌溉制度下农业害虫发生特点和防治技术方面和绿洲植物源、微生物源农药开发应用方面具有显著特色和优势。
近年来,本学科紧密结合新疆农业生产实际需求及培养人才需求,突出为新疆农业生产的持续稳定发展提供人才和技术支撑的作用,加强内涵建设,凝练学科方向,发挥特色和优势,努力将本学科建设成为干旱绿洲区农林有害生物防治理论与技术的研发和创新基地、新疆和兵团农林有害生物防治的人才培养基地、成果转化基地和学术交流中心;成为省内一流、区域领先、国内知名、国际有影响的植物保护学科,为干旱绿洲农林有害生物防治提供人才保障和技术支撑。
INTRODUCTION OF PLANT PROTECTION
Plant Protection is one of the oldest disciplines of Shihezi University (SHZU). This discipline enrolled the first undergraduate students in 1960. Since then more than 1000 undergraduates, which in about 40 periods, have graduated from the Discipline of Plant Protection (DPP). In 1982, Plant Pathology, one of the second disciplines in DPP, began to recruit the master students affiliating Agricultural University of Beijing (original). Plant Pathology was authorized to confer master's degree as the second discipline in 1991. DPP got the primary discipline to confer master's degree including three second disciplines, which are Plant Pathology, Agricultural Entomology and Pest Control, Pesticide Science, in 2006. In 2011, Garden Plant Pest Control has been approved to enroll doctoral students as the second discipline in DPP. Currently, there has established a complete talents training system for undergraduate, master and doctoral students. DPP was selected to be the key discipline of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (XUAR) three times (2005, 2011 and 2016). Research capability of DPP has been improved after obtaining the Key Discipline Construction Project of SHZU and the Key Construction Discipline Project of “One province-One school”.
DPP has 30 full-time teachers at present, including eight professors, 16 associate professors (senior experimentalist) and six lecturers (experimentalist). 70% teachers have doctoral degree, and 16.7% teachers have abroad experience. There are three doctoral supervisors, 22 master supervisors, an expert gained government special allowance, two Science and Technology leaders of Corps, two Corps Talents, five experts consultants of XUAR, four experts consultants of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC). In addition, DPP has one Science & Technology Innovation Team of XPCC, one Key Laboratory of XUAR and one Key Laboratory of SHZU. In recent years, DPP got research fund 20,000,000 RMB and took on a total of 57 projects, including two National Science-technology Support Plan Projects, 21 Natural Science Foundation of China, one Special Pre-research of 973 Project, one Key Special Project of Transgenosis, one International Communication and Cooperation Program and more than 10 research projects at provincial or ministerial-level. Fourteen books and 303 research papers were published, and these research results have been applied in almost ten millions mu of land in XPCC, then have created one billion RMB for agro-technical popularization institutions. DPP directs at academic frontier and national demand of controlling harmful organism in Oasis of Arid lands, insists on the educational mission of "Based on Corps, Service in Xinjiang, Face the Nation, Extend to Central Asia". DPP bases on the damage, distribution, occurrence rule and prevention technology of harmful organism to develop theoretical and technological researches in aspects of distribution, diagnosis, monitor and control, then uncovers the relationship between harmful organism and crop, finally builds and improves the control system of harmful organism in Oasis of Arid lands. After years of development, three stable research directions were formed, including Study and Control of Plant Disease in Oasis of Arid Lands, Ecology and Control of Pest in Oasis of Arid Lands and Pesticidal Resource Development and Safety Application in Xinjiang. DPP already have formed some features and superiorities in population evolution, occurrence rule, monitoring methods and integrated control of harmful organism, as well as botanical and microbial pesticides.
In recent years, DPP has integrated productive requirement and talent training to develop plenty of professional persons for agricultural production in Xinjiang. In order to be a research and innovation base of biological control in theory & technology, a talent training base of biological control on harmful organism for XUAR and XPCC, a base of technological results transformation and an academic communication center, DPP tried its best to enhance itself development, compacted disciplinary direction and made feature & superiority well. DPP is making its efforts to be a discipline of top-ranking in province, leading in region, famous in China and influential in international, to provide talent guarantee and technical support for control of harmful organism in Oasis of Arid lands.
